The restaurant, thanks to the experience and the clients’ satisfaction, has become one of the most famous restaurants in the valley. With its 350 seats, it is ideal for events, ceremonies, tastings, and many other occasions.
The cuisine boasts several local dishes. The gastronomy is simple and genuine: Nebrodi appetizers with cheese, provole, fresh and cooked ricotta cheese, cold cuts, products in oil, season vegetables, and hot ricotta cheese.
